Landscape Construction

Landscape construction is another major component of our landscape management,

whether the landscape project is for a new construction or renovation of current

landscaped grounds. Landscape construction projects may include: sod installation,

shrub, tree installation, irrigation system for all landscaped grounds, hard landscape

materials and construction, landscaping lighting and some water features.

Landscape Maintenance

Landscape management is maintaining current landscaped areas such as;

The hard landscape surface areas include: walkways, patios, parking areas, driveways

and corridors. These areas are maintained with removal of all debris by vacuum or

blowing for removal and water pressure cleaning with mild detergents when

necessary.

The soft landscape areas are those with vegetation and need of irrigation, pruning,

fertilization, and pest control. Landscape vegetation includes: shrubs, trees, ground cover, lawn, hedges and other

decorative plants. Lawns are a major part of landscape maintenance and require of unique care. This lawn care includes:

pest control, fertilization of at least twice year, aeration and detaching.

This care helps the lawn grow evenly and for the root system to absorb the proper nutrition, water and air. Our weekly

mowing service is with an electric battery or propane gas lawn mower depending on the size of the lawn.
